Guidelines for Electronic Artwork
Ad Formats Accepted:
• Adobe PDF (color and greyscale images set at 300 dpi, monochrome at 1200 dpi, embed all fonts)
• Tiff (minimum resolution 300 dpi)
• JPEG (minimum resolution 300 dpi)
• EPS (convert all fonts to curves or outlines, image resolution 300 dpi)
• Quark Xpress 7.0 or earlier (include fonts and graphics)
Please include a hard copy proof of the ad.
All spot colors will be converted to CMYK equivalents.
Per page:
Cut size – 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”
Image – 4-3/4” x 7-3/4”
Bleed – 5-3/4” x 8-3/4”

Ads that are emailed: We require a back up hard copy by mail to the above address and would appreciate the ad also on a disk. When emailing photos, please attach them to your email. Please do not embed them in the text of your email.
